Frank Gilbert
Libertarian Candidate for Governor of Arkansas Frank Gilbert currently serves as the constable of Dekalb Township in Grant County. Mr. Gilbert, who previously ran as a Libertarian candidate in 2012, has held the position of constable since January of 2013, attending to the rural areas of northwest Grant County. He also served as mayor of Tull, Arkansas for eight years. He intends to eliminate the income tax in Arkansas, helping attract businesses and jobs, and allowing individuals to support charity, the arts, and education in the ways they see fit.
