Julie Euseppi

Julie is a licensed clinical social worker practicing for 10+ years with a Master’s of Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington. She began her work in the inpatient setting, allowing her to address acute depression, mania, panic attacks, anxiety, and substance abuse issues. Trained as a mediator and child custody evaluator for Dallas County, she has assisted families and couples adjusting to life transitions. Julie is also a registered yoga teacher with a certification in trauma sensitive yoga. Her private practice integrates mindfulness, somatic experiencing, and traditional cognitive behavioral strategies to assist patients to become more integrated and in touch with their bodies and release the frantic mind. The combined methods help them better understand their bodies post-injury, regulate pain, and the often associated flight or fight response which comes as a result of chronic pain. Julie offers a weekly yoga class for women who suffer from anxiety and PTSD.
