Libertarian Candidate for Texas Agriculture Commissioner Rocky Palmquist (L) is a Texas farmer who plans to fight the costly War on Drugs and help Texas farmers by fighting to fully legalize hemp and marijuana in Texas, will immediately cease the federal program to put cameras on the border, and will look for pork to cut in school food programs, and begin a top-down management job attrition in the agency.
