A nationally known expert in cash management, Dave Kurrasch has a career spanning 30 years in financial services. As vice president and general manager, he leads strategic and business growth initiatives for the company and its signature product, Small Business Workbench. Early on in his profession, Dave was responsible for overseeing the cash management and working-capital functions for more than 100 companies simultaneously, and that initial experienced hooked him on cash management and product development as a way of life. Much of Dave’s career developed at Wells Fargo, where he worked for 14 years. He was a senior vice president and headed the bank’s Wholesale Product Development Division, directing the development of dozens of wholesale cash management products, many of which are still widely used today. Prior to that position at Wells Fargo, he was national sales manager for the bank’s Cash Management Services Division. In 1995 he founded Global Payment Advisors, Inc., offering cash management, payments product development and compliance, risk and financial services. Among his clients served are Fidelity Investments PNC Bank, Intuit, VISA, Bank of America, Wells Fargo Bank, Time Warner, Microsoft, United Healthcare and the City of New York. Dave is past chairman of the Cal-Western Automated Clearinghouse Association and a past board member of the Electronic Check Clearinghouse Association. He has taught courses in working-capital management at the University of California, Berkeley, and at Golden Gate University in San Francisco. He earned a BA in economics and communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a master’s degree in management from the American Graduate School of International Management in Arizona
