Lorin Lindner, PhD, MPH


Psychologist Dr. Lorin Lindner, rescues people, parrots, wolves and other animals. For years she served as the Clinical Director of the New Directions Homeless Veterans program at the West L.A. V.A. And, as the Founder of the Association for Parrot Care, she then created Serenity Park Sanctuary, helping vets care for traumatized parrots in her Birds of a Feather work therapy program. Next, she co-founded Lockwood Animal Rescue Center, rescuing wolves and vets in her Warriors and Wolves program. Dr. Lindner is also an animal rights activist and specializes in treating perpetrators of animal abuse.
