William Healey
Bill Healey is a founding member of Kluger Healey, LLC, a law firm which provides a comprehensive range of management-side employment law services. He has been designated by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney (a distinction limited to less than 2% of the lawyers in New Jersey). He counsels and represents businesses in a broad range of employment law and commercial matters, and has been successful in all phases of civil practice in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. He received his law degree from Rutgers School of Law-Camden, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers College. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals (Second and Third Circuits).
