Tom Green leads Lending Club’s new business initiatives and strategy group. Prior to joining Lending Club he spent five years at Bain Consulting, advising a variety of technology companies on topics including strategy, operations, organizational design, product, and negotiations. Prior to joining Bain he held various roles at Capital One UK in both prime and sub-prime credit, as well as marketing and product design. He launched several innovative new product and numerous successful customer management programs.
