Adrian has 20 years experience of visiting the boardrooms & shop floors of some of the world's most innova-tive, successful & admired companies including - Apple, LEGO, Google, LEGO, Ritz-Carlton Hotels, Grameen Bank, IKEA & Zappos. In 2008 Adrian co-founded Wavelength, working with top business leaders, entrepre-neurs & social innovators from around the world to build their knowledge, insights & networks. Adrian has de-veloped relationships with some of the world’s most iconic brands & a number of highly accomplished, inspiring leaders – some at the helms of large, complex organizations, others seeking to transform the lives of disenfran-chised & marginalized people. Leaders he's enrolled to speak at events include – Al Gore, Kevin Spacey, Bob Geldof & Professor Muhammad Yunus. Prior to co-founding Wavelength he was with a pioneering Innovation company called ?What If! for eleven years & prior to that he started his career with the Tom Peters Group, man-aging live events across Europe.
