Kerstin Plehwe
Kerstin Plehwe, KP, is a German entrepreneur, bestselling author, coach and international speaker on the topics of excellence, change and start-up success. For more than 20 years she has built, lead and sold multiple companies successfully and has worked in many parts of the world including the US, Japan and South Africa. KP is well known for her Female Leadership expertise and work as founding board member of the ASTRAIA Female Leadership Foundation. At the age of 45, after a leap time in Africa, KP redesigned her life and left her soaring corporate and public career to follow her passion for speaking, motivating and sharing. Today she writes books, helps clients to succeed as entrepreneur and motivates companies to embrace change and re-focus on excellence. When she does not travel, speak or write she enjoys coastal living with her family at the beaches of northern Germany and Florida, USA.
