David Mincberg
David Mincberg serves as managing principal of Flagship Capital Partners, a relationship driven commercial real estate finance company established in 2011 to provide bridge lending solutions to sponsors engaged in the acquisition of value-add real estate.
Flagship provides non-recourse senior and mezzanine bridge loans across all income producing property types in major Texas markets.
David also serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Flagship Properties Corporation, a Houston based real estate investment firm. Since 1977, David has been directly involved in the development and
construction of over 30,000 multi-family units throughout the states of Texas, New Mexico, Nevada, Louisiana and Georgia.
In addition to real estate, David has invested in a variety of different business transactions, ranging from venture capital to a start-up deregulated energy provider.
David has served in multiple civic and charitable endeavors and been honored for his service on many occasions. With a passion for policy and public involvement, he served with distinction for former Houston Mayor Bill White as the Mayor’s Special Assistant of Housing Policy, and currently serves as Chair of the Board of the Houston Housing Authority for current Houston Mayor Annise Parker.
