Dr. Hichem Maya
Dr. Hichem Maya is the head of SAP Business Transformation Services at SAP Europe Middle East and Africa. He leads a number of smart city projects for SAP and contributed to the development of the SAP smart city app and connected cars initiative. Hichem and his team work with organizations such as governments to define and deploy smart government platforms, oil and gas companies to develop digital oil fields, and retailers to get a single customer view and improve sales efficiency. Hichem acquired an extensive experience in technology-driven transformations.
