Dan Radecki


Dan Radecki is the Chief Scientific Officer at the Academy of Brain-based Leadership (ABL), which offers a scientifically validated, brain-based approach for future-oriented leaders and organizations interested in optimizing their performance, relationships and health. Dan has worked in the corporate world for over 20 years and his passion is in leveraging his knowledge of behavioral neuroscience to create an optimal model of leadership. In 2009 he created the content for the educational arm of the NeuroLeadership Institute and served as the lead professor and advisor for the Master of Science program in the Neuroscience of Leadership. Dan has been published in the Harvard Business Review, and has lectured internationally on topics such as the neuroscience of bias, creativity, leadership wisdom, the aging brain, the biology of collaboration and the impact of stress on the brain. He is currently on the MPS Human Resources Management Board of Directors at Georgetown University.
