Jennifer Anglehart
Jennifer Anglehart joined B/E Aerospace as the Global Manager of Learning & Development in August 2012 as part of the Global Talent Management team. In November 2014, she assumed the role of Sr. Manager of Global Talent Acquisition. B/E Aerospace is the world’s leading manufacturer of aircraft cabin interior products. Jennifer is responsible for leading recruiting initiatives for all regions and functions of the organization. She has spent the last 15 years in the Talent Management arena and has experience in instructional design, coaching and facilitation, learning strategy development, performance management, and succession planning. Previously, she served in talent management roles in industries including oil and gas, pharmaceutical, financial services, and consumer packaging. Jennifer earned a BS in Communications and Business Administration from the State University of New York at Brockport and a Masters degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Richmond.
