Jeanine Kim
JEANINE JEO-HI KIM is the Founder and Artistic Director of the Women & Fashion FilmFest, the Girls Film Festival, and SHE WEBFest. The Women & Fashion FilmFest. Prior, Jeanine founded the Metropolitan Arts League to support artists by spreading word about their work through live events and an online forum. For the Metropolitan Arts League, Jeanine organized numerous special screenings of independent films, performance gatherings and talk-backs. Notable participants include actors John Leguizamo, Ethan Hawke, BD Wong, Natasha Lyonne, Marisa Tomei, Wally Shawn, Frank Whaley, Daphne-Rubin Vega, and Gordon Clapp among others.Before founding the film festivals and arts organization, Jeanine worked in equity research covering Interactive TV, Cable and Entertainment, and in project finance. She traveled the world for her work, travelling extensively throughout North America, Europe and Asia.
Having taken film study, writing and design- art & storytelling have always been Jeanine’s passion.
