Jesse Dorogusker
Jesse Dorogusker, Hardware Lead Jesse Dorogusker leads hardware product development at Square, including design, cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, and operations. Prior to Square, Jesse was the Director of Engineering for Apple's iPhone, iPad, and iPod Accessories business. In the early days of the iPod, he hand-picked and led a cross-functional team in the design and development of Apple-branded accessories. In addition, his team served as the technical liaison to the booming accessories ecosystem - a business that includes 2000+ companies, $10B+ revenue across the ecosystem, and huge influence throughout consumer electronics, automotive, fitness, and health care. Jesse holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University. He is an inventor on more than 80 issued patents, ranging from medical devices to toys to consumer electronics.
