Rajiv Anand
Rajiv Anand is the Group Executive & Head, Retail Banking at Axis Bank. Over the last 25 years of his career, Mr. Anand has focused on the financial services industry having held key management positions at leading global financial institutions. He brings strengths in capital markets and building new businesses to his responsibilities at the Bank. Mr. Anand joined the Bank from its asset management arm, Axis Asset Management Co. Ltd., in 2013, where he held the position of Managing Director & CEO. In this role, he was responsible for determining the strategic direction of the firm as well as the day-to-day management of the AMC operations. Mr. Anand is a rank holding qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. He is an avid sports lover and movie fan. Mr. Anand’s family consists of his wife who is a graphic design professional and two daughters.
