F. Randll Childers, Jr
F. Randll Childers, Jr. graduated from Hanover College with a BA in Business Administration. He is an ACFEI certified forensic consultant Department of Insurance in Kentucky, a licensed Third Party Administrator, Employee Benefits Consultant and Life and Health Insurance Agent. He is past president of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and currently serves on its Board of Directors. Childers founded two Third Party Administrators (TPAs) that provided administrative services for medical, dental, and vision, including defined contribution plans among others. These companies served over 200 hundred nationally with several Fortune 50 and Fortune 100 organizations. ‘Through his 25 plus years of experience, he analyzed and structured corporate benefits programs meeting the goals, objectives and timelines set by Plan Sponsors. Childers is the author of Forensics of a Medical Plan: Dissecting Health Benefits on a Company Level.
