Alejandro Cosentino is the Founder & CEO of Afluenta, the leading and most participating peer to peer lending community across Latin America where members lend and borrow money for better yields cutting out expensive and traditional middleman. Alejandro combines a well-known experience in innovation and implementation of financial services and technology businesses. He played a critical role in the revamp of American Express Latin America and Caribbean during the ´90 and in the successful transformation of Banco Río before being acquired from Banco Santander. He also created StarMedia Gratis1 (first free ISP across Latin America) and VOY Music (first online Latin radio) designing revolutionary cross-border services. He was Executive Director of The Exxel Group (Latin America LBO) gaining experience in merge acquisitions. Alejandro has a Business Administration degree and CPA from Universidad Católica Argentina on Buenos Aires.
