Wade Arnold
Wade Arnold founded Banno in 2008 and served as its CEO until its sale to Jack Henry & Company in March 2014. As founder and CEO, he oversaw all aspects of the development and maturation of the Company, including product development, key partner relationships and the Company’s overall financial and strategic direction. Under Arnold’s leadership, the Company expanded its market reach to community financial institutions nationwide. With over 500 direct clients and strategic reseller relationships with core processors, payment processors and online banking providers, Banno was a market leader in providing differentiated web and mobile solutions. With only limited angel investment, the Company remained profitable throughout Arnold’s tenure, while still releasing innovative new product offerings funded by organic growth. As noted above, in March 2014, Jack Henry and Associates acquired Banno. Arnold currently serves as the Managing Director of Mobile and User Experience for Jack Henry.
