Robert Whyte

My guest Robert Whyte is an entrepreneur’s investment banker. Having been an investment banker for some 24 years before starting his own company, funded by what is called EB-5. EB-5 is the Immigrant Investor Program, created by Congress in 1990 to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation and capital investment by immigrant investors by creating a new commercial enterprise or investing in a troubled business. Essentially the program requires that the immigrant make a capital investment of $500,000 or $1,000,000 in a new commercial enterprise located within the United States. The new commercial enterprise must create or preserve 10 full-time jobs for qualifying U.S. workers within two years. Robert founded Good Time Beverages to bring the best premade "Cocktails to GO®" to the world in his patented FlexPouch™. His portal, EB5USADirect.com was founded from the financing of Good Time Beverages as a Direct EB-5 Investment.
