Beverly Feigelman
Beverly Feigelman, LCSW, is Adjunct Professor of Social Work at Adelphi University (Garden City, New York) Former Director of the Manhasset Community Day Center of Long Island Jewish Medical Center, Ms. Feigelman is a member of various suicide prevention organizations, including the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, and the American Association of Suicidology. She is author or co-author of more than a dozen articles on suicide bereavement, adoption as well as other topics. Inspired by the loss of their own son, Bev Feigelman is one of the co-authors of Devastating Losses: How Parents Cope with the Death of a Child to Suicide or Drugs.
