Elizabeth Dwyer
Elizabeth Dwyer is a fintech program director. As Manager of Inclusion Hub, with The MasterCard Center for Inclusive Growth and News Deeply, Liz brings thought leaders together and enhances public engagement around the complex global issue of financial inclusion. She began her career in international development, working as a program manager with CRS in Kenya, Brazil, Peru, and Sri Lanka. She now specializes in U.S. financial technology. Most recently she designed an automated savings tool for the on-demand economy, and co-led Accion's national new product development task force with Capital One. Liz serves as an Associate Board Officer at the Center for Economic Progress, which helps low-income families cut ties with predatory financial services.
