Dan Bailey
Before the founding of Amavida Coffee and Tea in 2004, Dan Bailey graduated from the University of Alabama with a B.A. in Business Administration. Dan is also certified for Six Sigma, and as a Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute. Previous roles range from Sr. Program Manager with GE Capital to President with SquareEye Consulting. Since it’s founding, Dan has operated Amavida Coffee and Tea with a strategic eye, a solution oriented optimism, and a spirit for sustainability. Dan grew up in coffee growing regions and lived in many international settings throughout his life. He currently serves on the board of On The Ground Global, Cooperative Coffees, and St Andrews Independent Business Alliance. Through his work Dan aims to improve the lives locally and in coffee farming communities abroad.
