Sue Stephenson
Sue Stephenson leads The Ritz-Carlton social responsibility program, Community Footprints®. Reporting to the President & COO, she is charged with expanding the company’s global corporate citizenship efforts through multi-faceted initiatives focused on child well-being, hunger and poverty relief, and environmental responsibility. Community Footprints is integrated into the company’s long range plan, operations, service values and business priority metrics. Sue spearheaded Succeed Through Service®, a skills-based mentoring program deployed in over 100 underserved communities that has impacted the lives of over 18,000 children. Succeed Through Service Toolkit is available on an open source, non-proprietary basis. Sue serves as Vice-Chair of the Executive Committee of IMPACT 2030, a private sector led global collaboration with the United Nations and other stakeholders, designed to leverage employee volunteering to help advance the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.
