Jesse Bernal
Jesse Bernal is the VP of Global Shared Services at Knoa Software managing both the presales engineer team as well as the services and support teams at Knoa. Before joining Knoa, Jesse worked at Johns Manville and led a multi-year implementation of a single service delivery organization for all North American plants and business units. As part of that effort, Jesse architected and deployed the Knoa technology to drive improvements to SAP business processes in a manufacturing environment. Today, Jesse is recognized as a thought leader in the UEM space and regularly participates in ASUG, SAP and industry-specific events as a panelist or keynote speaker. In his free time Jesse owns and operates a theater company in his home state of Ohio. He is actively involved in community theater and takes a lead role as producer and director in several plays each year.
