Cliff Sequin
Cliff was drafted in 1969 and classified 4F for the Army. He has a BS in Nutrition and Foodservice. Cliff was an Eagle Boy Scout with 2 palms. He worked at many different restaurants and hotels. Cliff retired from the NYS Department of Corrections in 2011 after 28.5 years of service. He is married to his wife Phyllis for 40 years.
He and his wife started Operation Adopt a Soldier in 2003 when their son Steven went overseas. They started with only 7 soldiers and now have over 400 on our list that they send packages too. They pack items in their living room until they obtain a building that was and still is donated. They are different from other organizations because they send to ALL branches of the military. They also help the families here at home and the most important is they work with ALL volunteers and no one gets paid which means 100% go to helping the Military and their families.
