Holly Franz
Holly Franz is the Coordinator of the Sexual Assault Forensic Examiner Program at Crisis Services in Buffalo, NY. The team provides on-site forensic services to rape victims who go to any of the CHS and (adult) Kaleida hospitals for assistance. As a member of Erie County’s Rape Crisis Advisory Committee, Holly is a key resource for law enforcement authorities, district attorney, forensic and toxicology lab directors, crisis counselors, hospital staff and other SAFE programs. Holly’s professional nursing experience is diverse including primary care to consulting and project management, within national and international settings. An avid patient advocate, Holly focuses her work building and implementing systems that strengthen patient care and support. She received her BSN from SUNY/Plattsburgh and was accepted into Sigma Theta Tau. Holly is certified as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner in Massachusetts and New York, and through the International Association of Forensic Nurses.
