Colleen Foster
As the Zero Waste Manager for the City of Oceanside, Colleen Foster has been the backbone of developing and fostering the City of Oceanside's and OUSD Zero Waste efforts since 2011. She saw the value of the schools zero waste initiative and its direct benefit and interconnectedness to the City's sustainability goals through the home to school connection of Zero Waste education. She continues to advocate Zero Waste and work closely with the District as the Manager of the OUSD Zero Waste Initiative.
