Bob Tierney started the Regenesis Development Group Inc. in the 1990’s specializing in Historical Restoration & Remodeling in Oak Park and surrounding Chicago land area. Today, Bob will only remodel and restore homes he has purchased. His most recent projects include a 1910 Queen Anne Victorian and a 1902 Victorian. Since 2006, Bob has been a real estate investor specializing in Short Sales, Wholesaling, Fix-&-Flips, Lease Options, Self-Directed IRA's, and other proven investment strategies. In addition, Bob is also a Founders’ Advisory Board Member for Renatus, LLC, the premier online real estate investor education and training company in the country. Over 40 different real estate investor strategies are taught by 16 top investor/instructors and the curriculum is expanding. Bob previously co-hosted a real estate radio show on WLS AM for 6 months and we are delighted to have him on our show!
