Bruna Martinuzzi
Bruna Martinuzzi is the President of Clarion Enterprises Ltd., a training and development company specializing in leadership and emotional intelligence training and development. She has helped numerous leaders achieve personal effectiveness. She is a strong believer in the concept that self-awareness precedes self-management and she assists leaders in enhancing their self-awareness as the stepping stone for self-development and for achieving their personal best. Her background incorporates 30 years of experience in senior management and executive leadership positions in the resource and technology fields. Bruna speaks six languages and holds a Bachelor of Arts (1982) and a Master of Arts (1986) from the University of British Columbia. She is the recipient of several awards, including the Izaak Killam Pre-doctoral Fellowship for three years in a row, the Social Science and Humanities Research Council of Canada Award and the BC Workplace Excellence Award for Unusual Innovation. She has also completed emotional intelligence certifications through The Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Network, The HayGroup and EQ Technologies. She is also a certified consultant for DeBono’s Six Thinking Hats and The Coaching Clinic for Leaders. She brings to her interventions several years of executive coaching experience, having been certified as an executive coach from the Business School of Royal Roads University.
