Anthony Sandberg’s lifetime passion is sailing. Since his childhood in Hawaii, Anthony has sought out sailing experiences around the world in every kind of craft imaginable - outriggers, schooners, grand prix racers, iceboats, and more. As much as being on the water, he loves to share the heritage and traditions of this great sport. Anthony founded OCSC in 1979. His initial vision was to provide the best of sailing in an approachable and affordable way. Over the years he created a robust teambuilding and consulting service that companies use in many ways – as rewards, to build camaraderie, to gain new skills and insights for better results in their organizations. Sailing is rich with business parallels. It is an activity that succeeds with teamwork, communication, on-the-spot problem solving, and solid leadership. Under Anthony’s leadership, OCSC has become the portal to a lifetime of adventure for sailors, and new levels of lasting success for corporations.
