Joel Christian McEwen

Joel Christian McEwen became interested in filmmaking at an early age, completing his first short film in his native Ohio when he was 8 years old. Joel later moved to California to study music and philosophy but was still searching for a more impactive way to combine his artistic talents with his concern for the environment. Recognizing the power of film to change society, he founded Wolf & Moon Productions, a film production company driven to create gateway-films, films that cause the greatest change possible by appealing to the widest demographic possible. Joel’s first theatrical feature film, American Dream, takes on the big elephant in America: overconsumption. His second feature film, WalkingThroughWorlds, is a worldwide journey of myth, adventure, and awakening launched by Joel’s passion for health care and healing throughout the world.
