Cynthia McEwen

As a key leader at Avastone Consulting, Cynthia oversees the firm’s business-focused Sustainability & Leadership practice. She is a consultant, speaker and thought leader and leads teams that design and implement leadership and organization capacity-building initiatives for top corporations and other organizations to generate sustainable performance and organizational vitality. Sample clients include Alcoa, Bunge, Chick-fil-A, Georgia River Network, Interface, and Merial. Cynthia was chief architect of Avastone’s study on corporate sustainability and co-authored the report titled “Leadership and the Corporate Sustainability Challenge: Mindsets in Action.” Cynthia has an MSc degree in Responsibility and Business Practice and an MBA from Georgia State University. She is a member of the International Steering Committee for the State of the World Forum and is a steadfast practitioner in ongoing personal consciousness development work. Her home is in Sarasota, Florida, USA.
