Jerry Dahlke

Jerry is returning to radio media after co-founding a listener-sponsored station in Madison WI in 1974. For over 30 years he has been a capital campaign and major gifts specialist for both mainstream and cutting edge environmental and social justice causes. A native of Wisconsin and educated at the University of Chicago, Jerry played a major role in the redevelopment of downtown Tacoma WA and directed the funding efforts for the new $42 million Washington State History Museum and the new $30 million Museum of Glass. Jerry worked with Marti Spiegelman while serving as senior major gifts officer [’03-‘05] for the Alaska Conservation Foundation. Jerry's awakening to shamanic livelihood rose from his involvement with the Lindisfarne Association and William Irwin Thompson in the early ‘70s. His commitment to sacred commerce and green business is the foundation of his work as Sponsorship and Communications Director for Awakening Value™ and Principal Gifts Director for In Defense of Animals.
