John McGuire
John McGuire, Senior Faculty at the Center for Creative Leadership, specializes in advancing leadership cultures. He has worked for two decades across industries and believes that most organizations need to transform their leadership today to face daunting challenges tomorrow. The leadership culture project’s overarching research goal has been to discern how leadership differs between organizations that attempt and sustain significant and meaningful change from those who attempt, but do not sustain, such change. As the real-world foundation of all research and development, John’s Organizational Leadership practice work has spanned industries with clients such as Abrasive Technology Inc., the Federal Reserve Bank, the U.S. Postal Service, Lenoir Memorial Hospital, KONE Elevators, Eli Lilly, The California Endowment, and Bridgeway Capital. John is author of several books including Transforming Your Leadership Culture and holds Master’s degrees from Harvard and Brandeis University.
