R. Edward Freeman is the Olsson Professor at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business & Academic Director of the Business Roundtable Institute for Corporate Ethics (www.corporate-ethics.org). Previously, he taught at the University of Minnesota and The Wharton School. In 2001 he was honored by the World Resources Institute and the Aspen Institute with a Pioneer Award for Lifetime Achievement. His latest book is Managing for Stakeholders: Survival, Reputation and Success.
