Tony Simons

Tony Simons is the president of Integrity Dividend LLC, where he teaches people, groups and companies how to excel through integrity. An in-demand speaker, trainer and coach, he is the author of The Integrity Dividend: Leading by the Power of Your Word. He is a professor of management and leadership at Cornell University’s Hotel School since 1993, when he earned a Ph.D from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
