Brian McGuinness
Private investigator, Brian McGuinness, is the owner of Miami, Florida’s McGuinness & Associates, Inc. He holds several investigative certifications, has been Court qualified as an expert witness, and has worked nationally on a number of high profile criminal defense cases. He is a popular speaker at conferences and has lectured at the University of Miami School of Law. He is a member and former president of the Florida Association of Licensed Investigators and a member, former president and board chairman of the National Council of Investigation and Security Services. He has received awards from both of these associations. He is a long standing advocate for the private investigation profession, has lobbied in support of the investigative profession for over fifteen years, has assisted in drafting amendments to Federal legislation impacting investigators, and has testified before a Congressional Sub-Committee and a Federal Judicial panel.
