Doug Gehrman
Doug Gehrman was most recently assistant professor of management and program director of the MS-Human Resources Management program at Houston Baptist University, where he taught courses on human resources management and leadership. Before joining Houston Baptist University, Doug was Managing Director for Bridge Consulting Group where he helped clients effectively manage change and develop leaders. Prior to his consulting and teaching years, Doug had a distinguished career leading human resources for major financial and energy companies culminating in his role as Executive Vice President.
