John Bloom
John Bloom is Director of Organizational Culture at RSF Social Finance (RSF). John’s work at RSF includes overseeing the organization’s staff development, leading its social impact assessment, and helping develop educational programs that address the intersection of money and spirit in personal and social transformation. John has worked with over 100 non-profits in the areas of capacity building and culture change. John has founded two non-profits, served as a trustee of several others (including Yggdrasil Land Foundation), and worked as the administrator at the San Francisco Waldorf. He has written extensively on aspects of education and independent schools, money and philanthropy, and his 20 years of experience participating in Community Supported Agriculture. He has published several agricultural pieces in the Biodynamics Journal, and his second book, The Genius of Money—Essays and Interviews Reimagining the Financial World, was published in October 2009 by SteinerBooks.
