Bill Butcher
A former FBI agent specializing in fraud, discrimination and crimes committed on Indian reservations, Bill Butcher has been a licensed private investigator in North Dakota since 1982 and owns W. T. Butcher & Associates, Ltd., with his wife Dina. Bill served as an active duty US Naval Reserve officer, holds a Bachelor’s in economics and psychology from Michigan’s Albion College, did post-graduate study in business at Washington DC’s American University and is a former Certified Fraud Examiner. For 8 years, Bill served as the North Dakota state director and lobbyist for the National Federation of Independent Business. He currently serves as chair of the North Dakota Private Investigation & Security Board, is Regional Director of the National Council of Investigation & Security Services (NCISS), and holds memberships in Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI, Council of International Investigators, World Association of Detectives and is involved in many local community activities.
