Sommer Kehrli
Sommer Kehrli, Ph.D., is Executive Director for The Center for Organization Effectiveness in La Jolla, California. A position she assumed November 1, 2010. Dr. Kehril has eleven years of worldwide experience in organization development, performance improvement and program development, performance improvement and program development within the public sector, healthcare, financial services and academia. While working on her Masters and Ph.D. at Alliant International University, she spent eight years working with THE CENTER. For the past five years she has worked for Kaiser Permanente, most recently as the Director of Performance Improvement. Kehrli has held several roles coaching executives on strategy as well as working with front-line teams on performance improvement efforts and engagement. She has experiences at various levels in organizations and in many industries around the world.
