Ken Wallentine

Ken Wallentine- Chief of Law Enforcement, UT Attorney General. Ken writes for PoliceOne.com & is a founding member of the International Association of Directors of Law Enforcement Standards and Training Legal Advisors Group. A co-Chair of the Utah Law Enforcement Legislative Committee from 2001 to 2008. A co-founder of a joint Utah Chiefs and Sheriffs best practice and policy advisory committee. He is a certified instructor in the recognition, prevention and management of Excited Delirium and Sudden In-Custody Death. Currently commands UT's Officer-Involved Fatality Investigation team and consults nationally on best practices and operations policies for law enforcement agencies. A Sr Legal Editor for Lexipol & serves as a risk management consultant and use-of-force expert & consults nationally through Excelsior College / US Dept of Justice.
