Patricia Neal

As co-founder and President of Heartland Inc. Patricia Neal’s focus inspires Heartland’s flourishing signature programs: Thought Leader Gatherings, The Art of Convening Trainings, VisionHolder Interview Series, When Women Lead: The Inner Voice of Women’s Leadership Retreat, Men’s Wilderness Journey Retreat. Patricia has 25+ years broad experience in convening, marketing and organizational operations. Prior to Heartland Inc. she held various national marketing and media positions. Patricia serves as a Founding Board member of Honoring Women Worldwide. She has been instrumental in developing three Waldorf Schools and is an activator and convener in the Waldorf School movement. Patricia is co-writing The Art of Convening: A Field Guide to Essential Conversations and Questions of Leadership with husband and partner Craig. She co-authored The Art of Convening: Authentic Engagement in Meetings, Gatherings, and Conversations (2011).
