Alexander Caillet

Alexander is a Managing Partner of Accompli LLC, a global consulting and coaching firm dedicated to helping leaders and leadership teams deepen their capacity and capabilities to successfully realize significant organizational transformations. Specific engagements include organization redesigns and restructurings, post-merger organizational integrations, functional shared services, continuous improvement (Kaizen) programs, business turnarounds, creation of team-based structures, change leadership programs and organization culture change initiatives. His numerous world-renowned clients are located in Europe, U.S. and Asia. Alexander is also an executive coach and performs high-performance team coaching, process facilitation, leadership coaching and management training with his clients. He is also an Adjunct Professor on the faculty of Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching Certificate Program.
