The holidays can be a time of joy and also a time of great stress. Today my guest Mia Staysko will be discussing ways to better align ourselves not only with the natural energy of the season but also with our own nature.
Each of us has a predominant Elemental Archetype and each one of these Archetypes will have different needs during the upcoming holiday season. If we can recognize our own type we can begin to see what we can do to best honor our own nature and find balance so that we can experience more of the joy and less of the stress.
