DO YOU STRUGGLE THINKING YOU SHOULD BE LIKE SOME OTHER PERSON OR DOES YOUR INNER CRITIC PUSH YOU TO OPERATE ACCORDING TO SOMEONE ELSE’S SHOULD OR SHOULDN’T? DO YOU SOMETIMES FEEL THAT YOU ARE LIVING SOMEONE ELSE'S IDEA OF WHO THEY THINK YOU SHOULD BE, OR LIVING OUT THEIR DREAMS RATHER THAN YOUR OWN? ARE YOU STUCK IN “SUPPOSED TO, SHOULD BE OR BLACK AND WHITE” THINKING ABOUT WHO YOU ARE? SO MANY PEOPLE LIVE THEIR LIVES TRYING TO BE ALL THINGS TO ALL PEOPLE THEY END UP DISCONNECTED FROM THEMSELVES. IT’S EXHAUSTING AND UNFULFILLING TO ACT AS YOU THINK YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO RATHER THAN BEING WHO YOU ARE. IT’S NOT WHO YOU ARE THAT IS THE CHALLENGE. THE REAL YOU, THE AUTHENTIC YOU COMES OUT WHEN YOU AREN’T WORRIED ABOUT BEING JUDGED AND WHEN YOU STOP WORRYING ABOUT WHO YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BE, AND JUST BE WHO YOU ARE. TODAY IS YOUR DAY TO BECOME THE REAL, AUTHENTIC YOU, TO FEEL ALIVE AND BE HAPPY JUST AS YOU ARE AND ARE NOT. PERSONALLY, I THINK YOU’RE ADORABLE. JOIN US TO LEARN MORE ABOUT YOU.

Dr. Debbie
While Dr. Debbie holds a PhD, is a life coach, and is a nationally recognized public speaker, entrepreneur, educator and author, these are simply the credentials that lend credibility to her professional expertise. But that’s just a part of who she is. Debbie grew up in a fractured family, was a world champion archer at 15, practiced 6 hours every day and received swats with an arrow if she made a mistake. At 18 she joined the Navy, at 22 she went to nursing school. She married, divorced, raised 3 children on her own, started a successful business, advanced her education, and to the outside world looked fairly successful. Along the way Debbie learned that she, and not circumstances nor other people were responsible for the decisions she made or the results she was getting. Dr. Debbie is well acquainted with broken hearts and disappointments. She’s learned some very big lessons the hard way, and like many, has made the same mistakes repeatedly. We are a work in progress, and Dr. Debbie suspects that she has a lot in common with you. Tune in to the program and find out more!
