Margaret Jacobson, with co-host Pamela Elaine

Being immersed in the overwhelm of some of life’s greatest challenges be it divorce, death of a loved one, diagnosis of a chronic or terminal illness or other, can force even the most “together” of us into a dark night of the soul.

After being married for seventeen years and bearing three children, Margaret became divorced when her children were ages 7,9 and 11. The process of discovering if divorce was the right choice, the pain of coming to terms with it being the correct decision, the strength it took to haul her booty out of the home that had been her ex’s family's home, and having to commute 60 miles each day to see her children was brutal.

Through her own transformation, she created a very simple well-rounded approach to empowering herself through mental, physical, emotional and spiritual behavior changes that reshaped her path and her world. She has a BA in Neuroscience, and a MA in Health Services Administration. Margaret is a certified Wellness Coach through Wellcoaches, and has completed a two year women’s empowerment program in the Dianic Aloha tradition bringing an understanding of ancient stories and their relevance to our conversation.

Additionally, Margaret writes regularly for The Mother Rising blog, and the YourTango Experts page. She’d be honored to be your guide back to your own deepest wisdom. It's not a journey for the faint of heart, but if you are looking for true joy, love and freedom, it's the only journey.
