From the NFC champion football Cardinals and Spring training, to the personal and professional concerns, the Grand Canyon State has had its fair share of positive and negative issues to contend with the last 18-24 months, not the least of which is its real estate market which has been beset by multiple challenges. On today’s show we will have top real estate agents and brokers from across the state – students of the prestigious 35,000-member Arizona Association of REALTORS Leadership Academy -- who tell us about market conditions today and what they expect in the coming months and years ahead. Already, Arizona submarkets are showing modest signs of a recovery as the Obama stimulus plan, the $8,000 tax credit and historic low interest rates, and global investors with cash are helping to push down inventories and lay a solid foundation for further improvement.
