[Bookmark] Botanical Medicine is the most widely used form of medicine in the world, though often underutilized in the United States. Botanical medicine, or herbal medicine, is extremely safe and useful for adults and children. Dr. Rochon, PhD is our guest expert in herbal preparation and uses, with undergraduate and doctorate education in botany, cell biology, molecular analysis and experimental medicine. Dr. Rochon is currently adjunct research faculty in Biochemistry at the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona. Doctor Mark Laursen is the first medical doctor (MD) in the United States to obtain both certifications with the American Board of Integrated Holistic Medicine and receive a Naturopathic Medical Degree. A graduate of the University of Iowa College of Medicine in 1982, Dr. Laursen is, in addition, a diplomat of the Arizona Board of Homeopathy. Dr. Laursen provides unique expertise in areas of natural and holistic health, backed by his traditional allopathic medical training.
